Works through a case.

Charges my wife's S9 through a thick case. Need to position the phone just in the right spot for it to work... Maybe to 1/2 inch of accuracy? Saw it just dropped again and was going to buy a second one... But doesn't ship outside US now ☹️

Charger works great for me. I have an Incipio 2 piece case on my iPhone X, one hard plastic shell and one polyurethane soft shell, and it charges through it just fine every time. Too bad to hear other purchasers are having issues.

Works reasonably well. I've never used a wireless charger before, so maybe this is universal, but it doesn't charge my phone (S8+) to 100%. It seems to get to about 97% and then stop. Not a major issue, but slightly annoying. It charges well through an Otterbox Commuter case, which is nice, although sometimes I have to play around a bit to find the "sweet spot" which activates the charger. My only other issue is the extremely bright green LED -- I can see my bedroom clearly in its light at night. I have resorted to covering it with a sock while it's charging. Again, not a major issue but irritating. The charge, however, is very fast. I can go from less than 50% to (nearly) 100% in 40 minutes or so. So overall a good buy, with a couple of minor caveats.

Broke down after about 2 weeks of use and there is no warnty from the manufactor nor massdrop. Can't recommend this product.

The Q3 does a great job charging my V30 phone. I have a thin case on my phone while it's charging, so I can't say how well this charges with a thicker protective case. It's not perfect though, sometimes it doesn't register that I've placed my phone on it for charging. Not a big deal, just tap your phone on the pad and it'll register your phone. I'm guessing the devices has a sleep made and needs to be hit to wake up? Anyways, it works for me if I'm paying attention to it. This is the reason for taking 1 star away on my review. Other than that it charges my phone to %100 without burning my home down.

This thing sucks - literally. Two days ago I was greeted with a dead phone, which was over 50% when I put it on. It won’t charge my iphone8 with a case on (other changers don’t have that issue) and even without a case, it’s a toss up if it’ll charge or not.
