I love my new knife. My wife and I got a set of Cuisinart knives as a wedding present and they're worked very well for the past 7 years, but when I got my Zhen Thunder Chef's Knife, I was blown away with how sharp it was and how smoothly it cut. Very pleased with my purchase. Forgot the mention the 101-Layer Damascus design is awesome to look at. I've thought about getting one of those magnetic knife holders just to display THIS knife's blade since the knife block doesn't do it justice. The knife handle is slightly smaller than other knives I've used. Not too small to be a problem, but I have medium size hands.

Best knives I have ever owned. They hold a sharp edge for a good long time and they are well balanced. I have arthritis in my hands and I have no trouble using these.

4.8/5 Sharp, feels good in my hand, and holding the edge well so far.
However there is a slight amount of misalignment between the wood grips and the tang. Not enough to effect comfort, but just enough to notice when you slide your finger across the seem.
