KrisKOI got one from when it was on a crowd funding campaign and can tell you it doesn't come with anything but the charger itself.
That being said I do love it and have used it for about a year now, charges quick, works on my android well, and there's an interesting beep every time you turn off the ignition from your phone telling you it's done its job.
