Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The stock wire that came with the headset is extremely long and yesterday it annoyed me very much that it kept getting tangled with itself, so I decided to see if the cable is replaceable. I pulled out the cable from the headset and saw the adapter, and looked online for a replacement. Upon plugging it back in, the audio sounded extremely muffled and washed out. Im not sure what I did wrong to make it mess up like that as I've always taken good care of it, ive had it for about 2 years and its always just been chilling on my desk, but anywho I thought the cable just went bad and ordered a replacement. The replacement came, and the issue is still persistant, so I am not sure what the issue is I've tried multiple different headsets and the issue is not with the port, and I also tried it with my windows laptop and...

He does provide the service of comparing headphones a listener may not have access to.
InnerFidelity and many other forums do a much better job with frequency charts and more objective information so you KNOW what you're buying, spec wise. They then match those specs with their opinion to form an actual review so you know why something is off, sounds weird, or caters to your taste. Zeos doesn't really do any of that. I'm sure it's entertaining but if I'm about to blow $1k on ear/headphones, I need something more than 'entertainment'.
Just for fun, the quality of the review for the 99 classic is staggering. Zeos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEid0p0Vgwo says almost nothing to make me want to buy this headphone for over 10 minutes and rambles on a lot.
Tyll from Innerfidelity actually does a good job of simply explaining their merits: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m40Z2gmf9BY and if you want even more info, the page has all the charts and a written review that ties everything together. He even has a breakdown of the headphone and shows every damn component!
I get it, people like Zeos but when it comes to actually reviewing items well, he falls way short.
InnerFidelity is possibly the best popular headphone reviewer in that he is thorough with his reviews, clear, concise, and the recommendations are usually solid. But, I cant say I would click on his reviews if it appears on my feed, it's more something I search for when I am interested in a product. For Zeos, if his reviews pop up on my feed, even if it isnt a product I am interested in, I still click it thanks to the entertainment factor.
Zeos is a guy who likes talking a lot and shooting youtube videos. Badly, because he can't even hold a camera still. And has a weird thing for Japanese anime kink. It just so happens that his random subject to talk about is headphones. Like you said, he's an entertainer. He's not a reviewer.
p7 wireless, new revision. If I’m Ever in the need of more bass than my Pm-3s, i go with B&W.
but make sure it’s rhe p7 WIRELESS, not the original wired version, which has a more toned down bass.
