Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The stock wire that came with the headset is extremely long and yesterday it annoyed me very much that it kept getting tangled with itself, so I decided to see if the cable is replaceable. I pulled out the cable from the headset and saw the adapter, and looked online for a replacement. Upon plugging it back in, the audio sounded extremely muffled and washed out. Im not sure what I did wrong to make it mess up like that as I've always taken good care of it, ive had it for about 2 years and its always just been chilling on my desk, but anywho I thought the cable just went bad and ordered a replacement. The replacement came, and the issue is still persistant, so I am not sure what the issue is I've tried multiple different headsets and the issue is not with the port, and I also tried it with my windows laptop and...

They are Bluetooth 4.0 and 3.5 mm jack compatible. It comes with a 12v/standard plug hybrid charged with two USBs on it, a nylon braided 3.5 mm jack with one elbow port, and a nylon braided micro USB cord.
To get the point these headphones are one of the few "enthusiast" grade headphones that are made for regular use. The sound is very compact and directed to the center of the ear, however it isn't uncomfortable as an on-ear pair of headphones. I've used them for gaming purposes as much as using them when having a two hour phone call.
Leading to my next point, the headphones connectivity are flawless (after a firmware update) and for making phone calls people couldn't tell the difference between my iPhone 6s or my REVO wireless. They can connect up to 30ft, but if your phone is on a elevated plateau, you can get it up to 50ft or 60ft.
There is a lot I missed about these headphones, however Toptenreviews has a full review on them that I found very useful.
The only downside to these is the lag the microphone quality is not anywhere close to a decent gaming headset. But you can easily find a $5 mic separate that can work easily with these headphones.
THats my recommendation
