So I suddenly started having issues with the keyboard inputting double-key presses, like the word I type would randomly have duplicate letters in them. Anyone else have the same issue?

ValarriI am getting this as well. I thought it was the switch (at the time it was only one key) so I put in a new switch, but the problem persisted and I now get this on multiple keys. It seems to be a growing problem. Anyone knows what kind of warranty we have on these? Is massdrop doing anything? How do we report this?

ldeakHi, I would like to know how you came to know of this and if Massdrop are doing anything about it? My CTRL is about 5 months old and I am getting this more and more. ValarriYep same here. the r key is the issue for me. noticed it this week and came here to see if anyone else was already having an issue

Valarrii have this issue as well. for me it is the 9 and down arrow keys that seem to have the issue. it is especially annoying when trying to type an obfuscated password with a 9 in it

OmegaBeanYes I am getting the same issue thought it was windows keyboard settings. Anyone know how to correct this? R is worst but others are repeating as well.

B1663RSo I reached out to customer support and they got me a replacement. I guess that's the only thing we can do right now.

ValarriReally appreciate your feedback and replies. I am going to go this route as for the price these switches and or board should not be having these issues so soon.

B1663RI talked to support and they wouldn't replace it when i asked them. Instead i can return it for a full refund.

ValarriUpdate, after my many tries to correct the issue i contacted them and they are RMA'ing me as well. My first Drop RMA and why i stay loyal to companies that take care of me. Again Valarri thanks for sharing your experience and results, appreciated and what can make a community great!

OmegaBeanreplacement showed and its 150 (serial) less than what i originally recieved. I bought more switches just to be sure too and hope the issue doesnt return. Drop made good to me and it makes me happy to be loyal (Great customer service reps too)
