I have the NeoAir XTherm. It's super light, and super comfortable. The sound doesn't bother me, but I can see how it would be annoying to some people.
For what it's worth, though, I ended up having to send my XTherm back in to Cascade Designs due to an un-repairable leak after only about 20+ nights of use. Cascade Designs ended up replacing my XTherm for free, so apparently they were unable to fix the leak either. I'm not sure if it was a design flaw or just a defect in my specific sleeping pad, but it was disappointing as I was hoping to use the XTherm on a 4-5 month trip and now I'm not sure if I can trust it to not leak again.

The descriptions sound great, but the pad doesn't -- it's LOUD! I returned mine because every time I rolled over there was a loud crinkling sound, not conducive to sleeping. On the AT I had complaints about it so replaced it with a just as light Exped SynMat Hyperlite. I like this one much better.

I've had one for years. Love it, but make sure not to inflate with your mouth. Causes moisture build up inside. You can use a pump and they also make a stuff sack that doubles as a pump, that's what I use.

I purchased it a couple of weeks ago and tested it while camping at the Grand Canyon NP. It's comfortable, it's light, but it's loud. Seriously loud. I twist frequently in my sleep and every time I did that, I'd wake up, my partner would wake up, and our neighbours would wake up too. I'm going camping again in a couple of weeks and I'm not sure if I'll be taking it with me. I may consider taking something heavier if it means it won't be that loud.

I've used the Small and the Large. The 5" extra width on the large makes it welllll worth the extra weight. 16oz for a 25x72 pad as comfy as this is the best comfort-to-weight ratio on the market.
