I returned my Strix 1080 after two of the middle fans blades just fell off one day. Even if it's plastic, I don't want it flying around the inside of my computer.
When the poll ends, the folks at Massdrop will contact the company (in this case Asus) to see if they can work out a deal. If they can, there's your drop. If they can't, there's no drop.
Wait what's wrong with you people voting for a mid tier card just because it's Asus ? have you forgotten their terrible customer support ? Not to mention they didn't even bother changing the cooler from the 1080 to the 1080 Ti.

Thank you, I had an RX 480 Asus Strix and the fans just straight up broke, my system overheated and shut down. It took ages to get a refund and I am not buying an Asus graphics card ever again.
