if it had a standard bottom row that would be better, I would take menu out

Yep, take Menu out, and have 1.25 for Right Alt, Fn, Right Ctrl. Have a 0.25 gap between Right Ctrl and Left Arrow. Makes it possible to use a standard key cap set.
