IMO You can't go wrong with anything from Corsair, Logitech, or SteelSeries. I'm using the Sabre right now and I really like the width. It makes it really comfortable to hold! I've had awful luck with Razer. (Two razer Taipan's ended up having very weird tracking issues) and from the 4-5 Razer products I've used Razer seems to have awful quality control. Some stuff lasts 2 months while others 2 years.
Sigh... Zowie makes the best mice on the market. It's all about your hand size and the weight of the mouse. I echo redmousemat's sentiments, this is a pretty neophyte community we've got here.
So few votes for the ec2a..
Help! Too many options! I'm gonna die here!
The g502 is not all the hype it is made out to be. It is too heavy for fps gaming even with the weights out. Also, the shape is not ideal for every day use. The g403, wired or wireless, is the best mouse out there. It has an amazing shape and the RGB lighting just adds to the appeal. I don't understand why people like the g502 so much, and keep in mind, it was my first mouse after building my pc.
I have a g403 wireless for my laptop and for travel, but at home for fps gaming, I use the deathadder chroma. They are both amazing mice and for the best bang for your buck, I would go with the deathadder over g502 any day.

g502 sensor is superior to deathadder sensor. yes, g502 is heavy. havent heard that many people comment on the g403 though, seems to be a mouse that most people overlook.
Don't buy g 502 it has bad shape and it isnt cheap. You d better suggest g303 it is much cheaper or Gpro it costs almost the same but has better shape. Why don't you get nixeus revel? It is cheap and has very good build.
I bought a razer deathadder "chroma" for $27 AUD but after a month and a half I finally recieved the mouse but it turns out it was a deathadder 2013. I have used for a while now and I like the shape so the synapse support on the chroma will be welcome.
Seeing as how the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum is winning this poll, I would seriously love to see a Massdrop deal on it, that would be perfect for many gamers looking to get a new gaming mouse that's affordable and is said to be "one of the best mouse in the gaming mice market". Personally I've just finished a PC build of mine and I need a daily driver mice to complete the build, I'm looking for a good offer that's cheap and if Massdrop makes a good deal on the G502 I'd pounce on it XP
To me they all seem like good gaming mice for gaming but I'm still new to PC gaming.

Some mice won't simply work for you, and the reason is the design. Comfort is the key. That's why there are different designs of mice.
