I've had the Spider Pro since it launched from Kickstarter, and it's fantastic. It's easily adjustable, and very comfy. It's currently bolted underneath my Spider plate, which I'm about to swap out for an Arca-Swiss compatible version. I tried the Peak design as well, but it's not as comfortable or secure for my hand (I tend to grip my camera a little more openly than most; if you fill your palm with the camera grip, Peak should fit you just fine).
I'm currently running the Peak Design hand strap and it's fantastic, but the only downfall is that you have to use their mount on the bottom. This is great if you are running there bag clip but if you want to run any other plate then the Spider one will probably be a better fit.
