Even in that case, I have very strong reservations about Apple not exercising such imperial control over their favorites that such a thing could even be done.
How this site works is that it buys a bulk from the factory, as in how Target and Walmart would. They should be able to sell it for a price, thought the reduced price is probably minimal.
