I wouldn't go with G-SYNC as the hardware modules have serious problems pushing these resolutions at these frames. Hence why many of them support lower refresh rates than Freesync and also have a nasty reputation of burning out. It's asking for less HZ at a higher price with a higher risk of catastrophic hardware failure. And even then, due to latency if you are playing competitive FPS games you're going to be turning G-SYNC off.
Looking for the LG 34UC89G-B for a good price. Does any one know if it on Massdrop. Maybe it can be voted on. Hoping to get it around $600 or cheaper if possible. I am patient I can wait for a good deal. It is on Amazon for $700 currently.
The best monitor that's available for purchase is the Alienware one. 1440P G-Sync 34 inch IPS display with the highest native refresh rate (100hz, overclockable to 120hz). Best OSD and has a much better build quality than the Acer X34 or the Asus IPS. It also has a much better reputation for less back light bleed. You can find a pretty good deal on it buying directly from Dell.
Yea, dang. I knew something was up when I saw the CF791 listed under this as a G-Sync monitor. Also, I think one of the Dell monitors was a plain 1440p.

Why is the Acer Predator in first???
Asus makes SO much better monitors than Acer. Every single person than reviewed Acer against Asus for ultrawides said that Acer was shaky when typing and a terrible interface to work with. Not to mention the stand is too big and wide to fit on most desks. We're here for quality products at good prices, not crap products for a little bit cheaper!
Not a big fan of the Stand on the Asus.I like The Predator and the PG348Q but the complaints of severe back light bleed on those IPS panels kind of scare me.
I didn't even know about this one yet:
ASUS 35" 200Hz, G-SYN ROG SWIFT PG35VQ - WQHD, HDR, 21:9 Curved. I have a sony tv with quantom dot technology and skin tones look amazing.
