Added 3 ACTUAL budget mice. E-3lue Cobra, Gigabyte Gm-M6800, and the Cooler Master Storm Xornet. All with an MSRP of under $30. The E-3lue is probably the best bet, it's already close to $10 on newegg and E-3lue isn't a big name like Razer or Logitech so there's a likelihood of an actual discount.
The Func MS-3 is a very similar style mouse to the Mionix mice, and these are way less expensive. These are definitely a palm style mouse, we will keep looking and find some more budget mice for people with a preference for claw or fingertip.
Or maybe even a trackball, who knows?
