Don't bother with Bamboo series, if you're just starting get the lower intuos series (not the pro). Professionally its up to the individual. Personally I have no issue with looking at a screen instead of where I draw, so I'd go for the Intuos Pro Medium, but a cintiq would be nice. ALSO a side note Huion is pretty nice for specs and price BUT, the drivers can be absolute hell. I currently use the huion 1060pro+ and thats probably the most annoying thing that occurs.
I have the create, bought it years ago so i wouldnt be sleeping in the University just to get work done. The wireless add on had to be bought separately and dies really fast, the flat buttons for touch and all that are to easily hit as well. If your serious and want a tablet for "WORK" save your pennies for a cintiq. People always say that items like the cintiq no one can afford, but if your serious you'll make it happen.
