What company doesn't respond to customer service requests for three weeks? How is this at all a vote of confidence in the system at hand? What would prompt me to consider using MassDrop again? This is the weirdest experiment in capitalism I've taken part of in a long time.
The V8 isn't just a newer model, it's an entirely different model. It's significantly bigger and not nearly as portable. Also, from what I've seen it's actually gotten a couple not so great reviews even though it's supposed to be the "higher end" model. Most people elect to go with the V5.0s because of the glass mouthpiece and 3 ten settings, and it's also very portable and easy.
