I think you should talk to Razer as well so that you might be able to get a deal on the Tiamat. That headset is the only one here with true 7.1 Surround Sound.
I can't speak for all razer headsets but I have a kraken and the whole kraken series is way too bass heavy and the mic picks up sound from the headset, even if your sound is down really low.
