We've reached out to Ultimate Ears, and unfortunately, a drop for the BOOM Wireless Bluetooth Speaker isn't possible right now. I'm going to close the poll for now but will let you know if anything changes in the future.

Check out the relatively new Fugoo Style. They sound "best in class" and seem to have the most additional features including google now and siri integration and interchangeable jackets for different levels of ruggedness.

The Logitech UE Boom does have a nifty stereo capabilities which sound pretty good. However the link between the two speakers is not reliable, and would cut off spuriously.

UE Boom has amazing sound quality and 17 hour battery life. And it's not as fragile as the rest of the products on this list. NFC and the mobile apps are great as well.
