I've had the Skeletool CX for quite a while now and cannot really find any faults with it (particularly for its size). The blade is 154CM, a great steel. Most of Leatherman's other tools use 420HC, which is softer by comparison. Basically, the Skeletool will have better edge retention while being a little more difficult to sharpen. I personally prefer a straight edge to the combos as well. After carrying it for nearly a year (not every day, but pretty consistently), the DLC has not scratched at all. If you're looking for a small, lightweight multi-tool, I can't think of anything else that competes. Only 4oz for a sweet blade, pliers, and screw driver is hard to beat.
Edit: Just for comparison, the Wingman is 7oz and the Wave is 11.2oz.
