The guys at Ultrasabers have a lot of choices - but I am hoping we can talk Massdrop into working with them to offer us a reduced set of choices and the chance to get a deep discount on these "elegant weapons from a different age" by doing a group buy. Being able to get our hands on one of these in time for the Dec release of Episode VII would be AWESOME!
A couple of notes about the choices ultrasabers offer: Sound - Optional But who wouldn't take it? SO I say we just ask Massdrop to ONLY offer WITH sound Blade - Suggest we just all take the Silver with Round Tips. We don't need to have a coloured blade - as we can change the colours with the emerald driver... Charger - Suggest we all take the higher power that can run it in display mode - but with NO kill switch!
HILTS - there are a RAFT of different hilts - many of them in different colours - this is where I think we should ask the good guys at Massdrop to allow us customisation. Lots of it. The more choices in the hilts the better.
That sort of covers the main customisation choices.
