The Squarehead having a lock means it's not legal for EDC here in the UK so I voted for the black Dog Tag, which, in all honesty, I actually prefer the look of.
Nah, it's just a ball detent so it's "readily foldable" as required by our rather draconian knife laws so it's fine for EDC; quoted from Spyderco's site: "A non-locking folder".
