Got these in the last drop. I think other reviewers are being overly critical and unrealistic. Seeing the underside structure is just part of translucency... like, what did you expect? Magic? That's what light does when it shines through things, it shows you what's behind the thing. I'm a thicc PBT cap guy - Ducky, Vortex, ePBT. I've never been able to enjoy the thin ABS that comes on most stock boards; it feels to janky for me. For that reason, I've never had a key set that I enjoyed using that also let me enjoy fun backlighting. These are different. ABS, yes, but thicc. Like 1.4mm, eyeballing it. They are the most substantial and solid feeling ABS I've felt outside of SA (not a huge fan of SA, btw, the height makes them too wobbly for my taste). The surface of the caps is this weird kind of smooth that aaaalmost clings to the fingers, also like SA. It bugs me more on SA, not as much with these. Overall, these might be the best ABS experience I've had. Best of all, they let me enjoy all the fun RGB features of my GK64 without a disappointing typing experience. 5/5 - huge fan of these. Especially for $20. I mean, damn. I've paid more for cheapo knock-off sets on BangGood.

These look alright to me. Some of the numpad keys have black overlapping on the corners, but I don't have a numpad so it's not much of a worry to me. You can see stems at times, but I kind of expected that. I do however wish the spacebar was also transparent.

I don’t know if others received a bad batch or an incomplete order but I’m very happy with mine. I received them in the mailbox and am impressed by the packaging and presentation. These things looks so good I doubt I’ll ever type on them. I’ll need to order a second set and use the other set for a strictly display keyboard. I know how that sounds but again I’m very happy with them. I need a keyboard with that many keys to really showcase the set. Glad I purchased them. Now for the keyboard....sigh... the work of a technerd is never done🤣

These look pretty bad and not like the pictures from the drop. It looks like a smooth shine and color across the top if each cap in the drop pictures. In reality, you see the silhouette of the stem and casting marks/support for each cap. Its not a good look at all. Lesson learned. The caps are cast well and fit snug, they just don't shine like the pictures suggest. The keyboard is a Ducky One.

These are the first keycaps I've purchased through Massdrop. I can't say too I'm impressed. There was a delay in shipping and I received the keycaps a little over 2 months from the order. The keycaps themselves aren't too bad although I can see uneven black outlining on some of the keys around the shine through tops. Definitely a quality control issue. But again, not bad when unlit. There were 4 keys missing from foam inserts that hold the keys and both keycap pulling tools were also missing from the case. (See picture in comments) It looks like someone pulled them from the box that I received before shipping. I also noticed the top of the keys shine brighter than the bottom although that may be due to where the LEDs are on my keyboard. You can see through the top of the keys when the LED is on. There is line or stem in between the keycap with a circle around it which is likely how the keycap was molded. Maybe the material used for the top is too thin? IMO that line and circle outlining when LEDs are on kill the aesthetics of the keys. Maybe my LEDs are too bright? Or maybe these were made for certain boards where the LED is below the switch vs above? Not sure. I tested a few of these keycaps on my XMIT keyboard and they look horrible. I only used corner keys because I didn't have a keycap puller to work with. I'm likely going to try to sell these if I can't return them although this review may have already done me in. The default keys that came with the XMIT look way better than these unfortunately. I'll have to think twice about buying caps again. If I didn't have to pay CA tax and shipping for a month delay I may have be less disappointed.

BEST KEYCAP SET EVER! I love rgb on my keyboard, and unlike literally every other keycap set, this one lets me appreciate the rgb even more. All the keys look beautiful, and it lets me view all the colors at their best!
