rdodevHe retired plain and simple. He did retire when the corporate brand did get sold to another though. Maybe he didn't like the new management.

1) Said he is getting old and his hearing is not at the level to confidently provide subjective information 2) He finished his delivery truck to RV conversion much sooner than expected 3) He's been doing this for decades and feels he's accomplished what he set out to do

LazerfluxDoes he not give a positive review in this other interview? Understandably he may have tried them in a non-deal environment for a short time, but it seems like his first impressions are so good and in generally people usually only like headphones more the longer they listen to them. I'm so confused by this haha

ttran946I think this is a good example of why first impressions from shows like CanJam aren't a good source of useful information. Poor environment and often the manufacturer has selected the most optimal pairing of upstream gear for their demonstrations.
