PS: Weight is wrong in the drop page.
This is not 395gr/paire but 395gr/shoes.
Just received my pair of shoes for my son who is a size 10.5 and I ordered an 11. They are too small. I am so bummed. Are these shoes knowned to run small or did I get a shoe that is labeled wrong?
WHERE. ARE. MY. SHOES? I've got 160 USD tied in two pairs of those shoes. I was told delay, it's been two weeks if it doesn't start the process to ship out on the 26 it will not make it here within 30 days of the estimated ship date. I want 50% off my order and both shoes or SOMETHING. This is ridiculousness. I've said it before, but this is the absolute final straw, last order from Massdrop you guys can't even handle sending emails.
I was told the drop was delayed and we would be updated or allowed to cancel. I was fine with waiting but it looks like it was cancelled as the money was refunded to my credit card. I'm quickly getting tired of the lack of communication from Massdrop as I have received no email to communicate this. I've used the site to purchase a few things but I'm beginning to think the lack of customer service is going to drive me back to more reputable retailers.
NJMevecI don't know they haven't told me shit and they sure as hell don't reply on their own platform. I was considering buying a tv here once the 2018 models go on sale, but I think i'll try a retailer that has customer service.
I have a few Terrex models, both GTX and non-GTX versions. The GTX versions are STIFF. They take awhile to break in. I can't speak for all GTX models, but the heel is constructed to 2 materials. Not layered, but one material is on the bottom half of your heel, and the 2nd material is the upper half of the heel. At the point where they meet, it's bent inward and rubs against my heel. It's annoying and I can't imagine wearing these for an extended period of time unless I'm wearing thick socks.
