I have a pair of these, but the unisex style, and they're great. I was looking for a good shoe for a 4 day trip in the BWCA. I ended up going with these as they have good reviews and price couldn't be beat. My feet never were sore, they provided great traction while carrying a canoe even when wet, and dried fairly quick. If mine were in rough shape I'd be joining this, but they still look good considering how much mud I walked through with them. In comparison my ex wore a pair of keen sandals and had blisters after the first day.
Your socks are going to get soaked. I'd suggest only wearing these if you don't care about getting your feet wet. They're definitely more of a water shoe than casual shoe.
Do we have an update on the shipping of these? Last email I received 31 days ago stating that we would have an update if shipping was supposed to be longer than 30 days.
Please provide an update on this drop. Would like to still wear them while the weather allows.
Thank you.
Cooltech73They refunded my money after they couldn't supply the shoe. You would think a big company like Adidas would fulfill their order but no. Good luck/ hope you got/ or get your shoes.
Just a note that as an owner of this shoe I am sorely tempted to buy another pair as I love 'em so... just so I have a backup pair when the sole departs this mortal coil. Anyway, just because I've seen a few questions about it, these shoes breath very well because the mesh material is quite open and the soles have large grates. However, this feature is going to be a major downside if you plan to use these in damp places, with socks on as your feet are definitely going to get wet. I'd also not recommend them for dirty, dusty, sandy camping of any kind unless you don't mind that grit making its way into the show. Again, love them, but be sure of your use case before buying.
VanCityI own these and love them... However, I can't speak to the Vivos but as a camp shoe, I wouldn't suggest it as dust, dirt and water will very easily make their way in through the grates in the soles and through the mesh that makes up a good deal of the rest of the material. Hope that helps!
NOT COOL! The 10.5 Ordered is way to small! Look at photos to compare with my Adidas Tennis Shoes that are a 10.5 size. Toes against the stair tread. Drop should accept return!
