Sound quality is average at best, with a whopping mid bass hump, conversations are from one ear piece only (stated as true stereo design). Build and bluetooth connection quality is patchy. Also, user reviews do not match professional reviews.

deeks Thank you for your support in purchasing the Air by Crazybaby through our initial Indiegogo campaign or other offers. We stand by our product specs for premium quality and sound with our true wireless headphones. Air has the widest range of frequency available on the current market. If you are dissatisfied with the sound produced with your Air you are welcome to access the Crazybaby app where you can customize your EQ and enhance your listening options. The app is not required but does provide additional sound options. We are sorry to hear that you are also experiencing connectivity issues with your device and Air. Air offers Bluetooth 4.2 and the latest accompanying CSR chip to ensure an extremely stable connection. Traditionally when working with Bluetooth connections the preference is for indoor use as the enclosed perimeter creates a more stable environment. Bluetooth has the option for outdoor use where occasional interference may be experienced. Interference should not be consistent, ongoing or impeding. Some general suggestions to minimize and or resolve interference's are to re position the device connected to the headphones closer in proximity. This could be moving the device to a new location or pocket. Disconnect the headphones and reconnect them to the device. If you are using an Android some customers have reported and offered feedback such as clearing the blue tooth cache on the device and reconnect the device to blue tooth, to begin with a fresh connection. If you still feel that you are having an issue with sound and or connectivity we encourage you to contact the North America customer service department for assistance with troubleshooting the sound and connection options and or for possible options of a replacement. You are welcome to reach out to our North America customer service department if you are located within in the United states by emailing : service.na@crazybaby.com or by calling toll free: 877-589-2478.

CrazybabyUSAWe shouldnt have to disconnect and reconnect every 5 minutes for these to work. The product should work the way its sold to work. We shouldnt have to mess around with "well try this or reset that or maybe charge them more". Honestly I really like the product, but the bluetooth is just terrible. I have used them inside outside and upside down trying to get the connection to not drop and it still drops every time. Im kind of peeved that I spent my money on this when I could have had a product that works consistently and doesnt have half the issues. The no updates for over a month when people were asking for them daily and asking where their orders were didnt really inspire a lot of confidence, and then to receive an inferior product to what was portrayed after waiting for 9 months really just finished it off. If you find a way to update a driver or something to make them more stable then I think you could salvage some of the situation, but you have a lot of very upset customers that are not going to help you going forward on sites like this.
