Finally got my pair today, and after using them for roughly an hour I can already say that I'm satisfied with my purchase. Straight upgrade in every category to my previous Superlux HD668B, but since I'm not an audiophile I don't think I have much else to say about it. I love 'em!
Also, I've already attached my homemade "mod mic" which fits naturally. Easy setup of some 2mm steelwire, one small cable tie and a Samson Go microphone.
