Here is my review of these headphones!

TLDR; decent for the price. They struggle with overall bass quality and have very sharp highs. However their sound stage is really freaking amazing for the price.

Much sharper than my k119 and 142hd. The soundstage is not as wide as I was expecting but still they sound opened. The trebles are extremely sharp, bordering on being too sharp, but they certainly sound crisp. The bass while not exactly boomy or deep does pack some decent punch. The cable is thick and feels high quality, however the ear pads feel low end. They sound best for movies or live music and when cranked up they can get very loud. They sound completely different depending on the source too.

I got mine today.... They are very light... I thought they would be all black but it's lighter that black. They are alright, but my Sennheiser HD 419s sound a lot better. The highs and mids are good lacks bass (maybe because they are semi-open). You can get a pair of Sennheiser HD 419 for the same price as the AKG K99. Weird that the Sennheiser sound better (to me) since they both have same size driver. Again it could be that AKG K99 are semi-open and the Sennheiser HD 419 are closed back. They are a good back-up Headphones, but not my primary.

I have tested this and its seems, OK the bass is kinda lacking but the highs are up theres and vocals are pretty good but nothing impressive. Still prefer the RP-HTF600 headphones over this. This kinda feels cheap and about to break but they are light like super light. and they look much better. Maybe the sound will be better after the break in period. ATM they are def not worth it.

I just got mines today. I thought someone stole the headphones from the box when i picked it up. lol . theses things are incredibly light.
