Great chair, Great Quality. Buy this over SecretLabs all day.
I love the lever feel and how the foam is firm. It is very good for reinforcing my bad posture.

Good quality chair. I wish the bottom had a bit more padding.

Do you want to receive a faulty product and then be ignored and waiting for a response on how they will fix your extremely overpriced broken chair? Then buy this product! Seriously, for a product this expensive / overprice (you can find something basically identical for like 150) I expect stellar customer service, barring that at least passable customer service. It has been almost 2 weeks. They have sent me 2 emails asking for my order number and address. I had given that information to them in the literal first email I sent them. I also sent all that information to the initial inquiry on their website before the email chain started. I have sent all that information twice and they are asking for it again. So they have spent 2 weeks wasting my time while I have a VERY OVER PRICED BROKEN CHAIR.

This chair is awesome. I've used it now for 6 weeks and have no complaints about the fit, finish or size of the chair. I sit in it evenings after work and even thought it's been comfortable from day 1, I find it growing even more comfortable every day. The adjustability is trmendous! I've researched gaming chairs for about a year now, coming close to pulling the pin on Massdrop a few times with some of the less expensive AKRacing models but something each time was not quite right. I've never had the opportunity to sit in a AKRacing Chair so I was buying blind. I did however sit in chairs from other manufacturers and they felt cheap. I'm 6'4", 215 lbs, with a 36" inseam, so I need a chair that will fit my tall stature. That's the problem I had with my current office chair. The headrest cut right at my neck. About 6" too short for any head support. The 2018 Pro chair fits me like a glove. It's tall enough for me to rest my head against and still have another 1 1/2" left over above my head for someone who may be taller. **Note the method AKRacing uses to measure the height of the chair changed from 2017 to 2018 so don't be concerned that the measurements are different. The old method measured from the bottom of the seat to the top of the headrest (37.4") The new 2018 chair is measured from the top of the seat cushion to the top of the headrest (33" / A more accurate way of depicting the true back height).
The lumbar support pillow takes some getting used to but now that I'm accustomed to it I wouldn't be without it.
My only complaint is because of the way the swivel casters are offset, they bind on the carpet if they are not in rolling alignment and any weight is applied to the chair. To move the chair forward, I have to remove all the weight off the casters by getting out of the chair, then they will rotate into position to glide forward. The manufacturer may say that's just because of the carpet, but I've not had that problem with several other chairs in the same location, so it is definitely the geometry of this particular chair. It's a petty complaint, but it's really annoying.

I bought this chair because I work 8-10 hours daily editing film and have a history of back issues from a car accident. I'm 6.3 & 220 lbs. ("Andy Dwyer" physique) with long legs and torso. Thus far, this chair has been a Godsend!!
Stability: I especially love that I can take short breaks by 'lying down' without having to move an inch from my desk. My brother came over once and tried to tip himself over backward while reclining ... he failed. It's ultra-stable when assembled correctly!
Height: Take note: This chair isn't for short legs! My feet rest comfortably on the floor at its lowest setting. When sitting fully upright, the back of the chair is just shorter than the top of my head. Perfect for me!
Comfort: The seat is a bit firm when you first start using it, but it only gets more comfortable over time. I've used mine for 8-hr studio sessions every day for over a month now. The foam is loosening up nicely. The lumbar and headrest pillows look flashy, but I don't use them all that often. They are handy when you need to change position though... but I rarely use the headrest. HOWEVER, the internet is wrong! Don't ruin the headrest strap like a noob. See below for the correct way to install the headrest.
Finally, do be sure to have a friend help you set it up! They aren't joking about that.
My ratings for my personal preferences: Stability - 5/5 Height - 5/5 Width - 3/5 (It's too wide to fit through a door?!) Comfort - 5/5 Aesthetics - 5/5

Overall, really great chair.
Comfort (5/5): I have sat in this chair for upto around 10 or even more hours. Never got super uncomfortable. And the leaning back is flawless. Adjusting the arm height is perfect and easy to adjust for whenever I need to.
Setup (4/5): Setup was pretty simple and strait forward, with a slight alignment issue, but after forcing it, it's fine.
Look (5/5 Blk/Blu): Looks perfect with my colour scheme.

I've had this chair from the last drop about 3 or 4 weeks now. I can say it's definitely a quality product in most regardless.
There are a few issues I have with design though. The arm rests swiveling mechanisms need some kind of locks. It's very easy to have them swivel in a random direction if you lift yourself up by the rests. Not a major issue, but it's a feature that I'd like to see.
The head rest pillow is, I'm sorry, trash. I almost threw it away. Zero design went towards actually comfort in its design in my eyes/neck.
My personal mistake was the model I bought. The Pro is technically in my BMI range, but I REALLY should have gotten the Premium model. The Pro is just a tad too deep to sit in, and really affects comfort levels.
Overall, I would recommend the chair, but pick the most your BMI falls more towards the middle. You cannot exchange models with AKRacer (understandably).

At 6'3" the seat depth is perfect for me. It is very comfortable with or without the lumbar support. This is one of the most comfortable chairs I have sat in, and remains comfortable even after a few hours at a time.
The only con I have experienced is that the wheels frequently get stuck on the carpet (and I have very shallow carpet) and stretch it. This means that whenever I want to move the chair while sitting in it, I have to partially stand up and lift the chair.
Overall I would definitely recommend buying this chair, though I would also recommend getting an office mat to put down beneath it.

JolfrBack in the day there were things called anti static mats for carpet. They were a thin piece of hard plastic that you would put under the chair area. The other thing they did was not let the wheels bind on the carpet fibers. Try to find or make one for yourself and you won't have to stand to move the chair.

JolfrI had the same exact problem. Not a huge fan of office chair mats so I purchased a some of the "roller-blade" casters on Amazon. They fixed the issue and actually role way better on other surfaces too. Surprised AKRacing doesn't make them standard. For $30 from amazon, it was a great upgrade. Just a note for anyone interested, the roller-blade casters do add about 3/4 in to the height.
