Altru Apparel’s newest capsule collection is inspired by New York City’s famed Flower District—and similar flower markets around the world. Established in the 1890s, this bustling neighborhood occupies a single city block on West 28th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, where sellers fill the sidewalks with all manner of flora. A nod to this vibrant scene, these tops feature a printed or embroidered rose on the front with text that reads “Flower District” or “Sweet Heart” on the back. Both T-shirt styles are made of 100-percent cotton and screenprinted in the US. If you’re looking for a bit more warmth, opt for the hooded zip-up in light unlined denim.
