Sharp
Exactly what you would expect. Blade came sharp out of the box. Fits my giant hands well. No complaints.

Been looking for a lightweight, scale less neck knife and when I saw this design and price, I pulled the trigger. There are a lot of this style, barebones, skeletonized knives but most are useless having a lack of length to gain enough leverage to cut with any effective force but this has the perfect compromise between being compact and having enough grip to really use, within reason of course. The knifes design is there for all to see, I don't get why anyone would complain about what is obvious. Don't buy it then. This is not an edc knife you use primarily, it's something you wear and happen to have just in case. It's also good for security purposes as most bad guys would not expect one to carry a knife in this fashion. The break away chain and thin yet effective sheath combine for a great, easy wearing necker for cheap.

Good knife that's just a bit awkward too use
This is a solid knife. Eye-catching design and nice finish. Definitely manufactured well. Ergos are definitely strange, not the best, but works for my hands. Not the greatest slicer, which I knew prior to purchase because of the thickness of the blade stock and depth. Everything else is good, leaving me at a solid 4 stars.

Good quality - exactly as described. Great value!
Not sure I will use the included chain, but not a big deal since the holes on the cover will allow me to use this as a boot knife.

good for the price

read a couple negative reviews, mostly how this knife is hard to hold & use. I haven't had that problem. I think that's because I wasn't expecting to use this other than the way it was intended. This isn't a box-cutting, letter-opening, fishing line-trimming EDC knife. This is a "I need something sharp in my hand now" knife. In my opinion that's what a neck knife is for. I'm not whittling with it, or cutting vegetables. I have it close at-hand where I don't have to dig in a pocket or (!) use two hands to get it open. In the end I opted to not use the included chain, but a belt clip I took from another knife.

Ergonomics are REALLY weird
I cannot figure out a way to hold this knife that is comfortable. It's mostly well put together though, for the price point. I can't recommend this one though, it's too weird to use safely.

Eh.
It's an okay knife, but not great. Build quality was all good, not as sharp as my other Amare, but decent enough for a factory edge. As others have said though, the ergos are where it gets wonky. Adding some scales to make the handle thicker would probably solve many of the issues, but that defeats half the purpose of the knife. Only type of cut I've found that it doesn't feel awkward for is a pinch grip with the thumb and side of the middle finger touching inside the finger hole and index finger on the spine....but that's a type of grip that I rarely use for anything other than cutting paper on a mat, or opening boxes

2.5 Stars (gotta round down)
There's a reason this style of knife usually has a Wharnecliffe blade.. The positive blade angle on this one makes it difficult to cut anything in a way that isn't just kind of awkward, especially with my index finger in the hole. Ergonomics are pretty poor. This knife doesn't fit my XL hand very well and I struggle to get a grip on it that is both functional and comfortable. It's actually a little better without using the finger hole. With my index finger in the hole, there just isn't much for my other fingers to grab onto here in a way that is comfortable. Fit and finish is actually quite good for the price and my example arrived pretty sharp. The sheath fitment is good as well. Overall - probably not a terrible knife, just not great for me.. for the price, I'm not too torn up about it.
