Morrowind542Hey, the valet tray helps keep everything contained and organized rather then just having it lying in random places all over your desk/counter/etc. I know if I didn't have mine, my items would get lost under papers, books and other stuff on my desk. Are the rivets permanent? I know some styles of valet can be unbuttoned for travel.

HalcyonDaysThe rivets are permanent. We considered using snaps for these but the leather is so thick that the snaps would not stay together. For this design we focused on creating as sturdy a tray as possible with ultra-thick leather that would hold its shape. A travel tray is a great idea though and we will definitely consider it for the future.
