With these two knives you can tackle any job in the kitchen. Since the mid-13th century, Seki City has been the cutlery hub of Japan. These knives, crafted in Seki City, feature American nitrogen-enriched BD1N steel, which is characterized by its high hardness, edge retention, and resistance to corrosion. For a solid grip, they’re fitted with black linen micarta scales. The scales are fastened with stainless steel rivets and a stainless steel end cap and both knives feature a full tang construction. The santoku knife excels in chopping large amounts of veggies and herbs and is great for meat and fish. When you’re finished cutting, you can transfer food easily using the wide blade itself. Shaped like a large butter knife with reverse scalloped edge, the sandwich knife slices pastries, sandwiches, tomatoes, and more without tearing or leaving crumbs. Because of its wide blade profile it can easily spread condiments and icing uniformly.
Note: This drop includes the 7.5-inch santoku and the 6.5-inch sandwich knives. Quantities are limited to 50 sets. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we can only ship this knife to select countries.
