Exceptional quality product which is well packaged & designed.
Its hard to find a real automatic diver of this design, quality, with lume, in 45mm or 50mm with such a variety of options with a 24mm quality bracelet with so many dial at this pricing, I have 17 Aragon watches in my vast collection now, not even a Seiko is package in such a quality presentation as this brand. The one & only thing I would change out will be the pressed metal clasp, but that isnt a complaint as for the price you pay they have taken no other short cuts in the production of any of the watches. So dont hesitate to purchase one or 5, they will not disappoint. Also make excellent gifts.
Tank build quality and looks, eye catching dial, solid all-rounder
Bought it as a present for my father, he has quite big hands and loves big watches so I went with the 50mm version and it was a perfect fit, although most people will prefer the 45mm one since it is actually huge (lug to lug it is almost 55mm) and heavy. The A335MOP dial looks pretty cool, pictures doesn't do justice to it. From the case to the band, this watch looks and feels really solid.
Bezels feel sharp, steel is nicely polished, it feels like a pretty well done piece. It even has some tiny details like company logo on the crown, and two-tone lume glows although not too bright looks very cool in the dark. The date magnifier is a bit overdone, but since my father's vision is aged this is even a plus.
My only small concern, and this might be just a matter of perception, is that somehow it seems the dial markers are misaligned or slightly tilted respect to the bezel markers. Again, this is very subtle and it might be just me trying to find some defects on the finest and coolest watch I've ever had the pleasure to get my hands on.
Overall this is a very cool automatic watch, for this price you simply can't go wrong. It is big, sturdy, heavy and the dial is a piece of art you can watch for hours (pun intended).
My watch started getting condensation on the inside... which tells me it indeed is not waterproof. I contacted Drop support and they directed me to the watch Manufacturers Support.... And they want to charge a me a flat fee to send the watch back and diagnose. Depending on the outcome, they will also charge an additional service fee to repair the watch... There is no such thing as a 2-year warranty... they are basically charging you to fix their defected watches. I Advise to look for another one.
The build quality is amazing though, just sucks that its not an actual water resistant
Hi there, even on drop it states you get the manufactures warranty. 2 years according to Aragon. With my questions directly to Aragon they offer only a 30 day free return and ship back at Aragon’s cost if warranty work needed. . After that time it becomes the clients cost both ways. I get 30 days upon delivery ,as, I am in Canada and it takes 3+ weeks to get from Aragon to my house. This was per my conversations with Aragon. Most warranty work is needed within the first 30 days because of QC and delivery issues. Companies can’t QC every product before or it would result in higher costs and screw up the supply chain. In my experiences we checked and tested a certain amount of each run. This is my opinion based on my experiences. Take from it what you believe. Call Aragon to straighten out. I did. Not proper to pay extra for defective products. Customer services know this. Their goal is to get repeat customers , especially at Aragon . I am a repeat customer. Love most of their watches. Not all. Hope this helps clarify your discussions. Hope this finds you all in good health. Take care. Cheers
AhlecsHi, I just left some info further to your conversation , hope it helps you figure out what happened in your situation. If not. Sorry. Just trying to help you guys out. Cheers. Read it further down. Take care.
I like the watch - a good value but the issue I have is that the hour and minute hands are almost impossible to see with the abalone dual face. They should be dark or white - not polished.
Love the individuallity of the abalone shell face. Each and every watch is different. Certainly a very well made watch and great value for money.bluers
