Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 8/25. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 8/26 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Arizer Extreme Q Desktop Vaporizer and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 8/28.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/21.

This truly is an unfortunate event and I understand you are upset. I would be just as upset if I purchased a product that arrived as yours did.
I wanted you to know Massdrop is not ignoring you but there is a general procedure when this type of thing happens. If you have already contacted support and sent a picture then they will be following up with you shortly.
Massdrop has every intention on making sure every member who made this drop happen gets what they paid for and nothing less. Please be patient and we will make it right.

I'm disappointed with MD. If you're in the US you can order off of eBay for the same price (make an offer of $135 w/free shipping) except you get it next week not three. This isn't the first time this has happened for me. I love the idea of this site but come on.

Just got it in the mail, and every single glass piece is destroyed. The LCD also has some damage. Extremely disappointed. Hope others have better luck.
