I received this chair last Thursday and assembled it that night. The assembly process is relatively straightforward. One glitch - two of the bolts that attached the bottom connector were torqued in so tight that the supplied hex key snapped in two trying to undo them. Note - these were the bolts in the storage position, where they need to be removed first. I didn't break the hex key trying to attach the bottom piece, but in removing the bolts prior. Luckily I had some more substantial tools on hand to allow me to complete the job. Now, the chair is all together, it seems very solid. It's comfortable and adjustable and I'm sure it will do the job, but you shouldn't expect that it's some sort of super bargain. It appears to be worth the price, but not more.
