BrendanVosIf you have the resources to drill out the metal in the bracket to increase the tolerance it could be a relatively easy and permanent fix without waiting for a solution from Arozzi. Just a thought, but still unfortunate that your chair arrived out of spec. Unless they already got back to you on it then don't mind me...

I'm unable to assemble it due to poor positioning of the bolt holes on the bottom of the seat. I recorded the following video demonstrating the issue I am having: https://youtu.be/q4uRj5louFM
