Lol my brain has always been wired like this. It's WHY I have the job I have, not the other way around That sounds like a good plan to me ;) I do enjoy this place, but really, they don't always provide the deals that should be expected from group buying power. If enough people pay attention, they'll have to change that to keep it going. Paying retail here and there on a drop to continue supporting the rest of the site is one thing, paying 20-40% over what something can be found elsewhere is charity, and they have more money than any of us combined already lol

So much for that ‘healthy separation of work and home’... I tried leaving my work brain at work for years... Never could manage that. Retired now (barely) but still fielding calls daily, lol. Not really looking forward to losing my work brain entirely! Maybe holding MD to the flame is a worthy application of the work brain now!?

Oh sure, a couple bucks (or percent) here and there I overlook if there someone I want to support.... But I still always check first to make an informed decision. I'm too anal about that kind of stuff, i work with spreadsheets and grading metrics and percentages all day at work lol
