Carbon fiber is known for its strength-to-weight ratio and sleek looks—and it plays the starring role in this ATECH spinner. The tri-headed design is like any classic spinner, giving you multiple ways to fidget to help you focus at work, in class, and more Read More
It's way too low quality to justify the price. The material feels good but the carbon fiber body (after few days of use) started to slip from the bearing so I had to affix it myself using glue. This may be a special problem with my unit but it was absolutely unusable without some fixing. Without that issue it was absolutely wonderful to use the first day.
To start off, I'm a pretty big fidget spinner fan and I own five "high quality" spinners. However, this product is a massive disappointment. The only thing that it has going for it is that it's made of carbon fiber which makes it look pretty cool. The claimed five minutes spin time is absolutely bonkers as it's very poorly balanced and it's using the same bearings as the $5 for 10 fidget spinners you can buy on Canal Street. By hand, the longest spin I could get was about 90 seconds from flick to standstill which isn't a surprise as it slows down very quickly due to the bearings and lack of balance.
I can't fathom how ATECH thinks this is worth $100 dollars. Even at the $30 drop price I feel ripped off as this low quality a product is worth maybe $5.
If you want an actual high quality spinner, get something from SMRT.
