Expected to connect to the Creative Sound Blaster X7.

I have the P4's hooked up to the X7. Wish I had seen the drop ;) I will add a subwoofer at some point but the combo far outstrips my previous speaker and MB sound combo
I own a pair in bamboo and love them. The P4s are passive 2-way, front-vented speakers whereas the Audioengine A2s and A5s are active.
And could we ship to canada?
So do these come with two speakers?
I want these so bad.
Hey everyone,

We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out!

Thanks again for the support guys. Make sure to share your experience with the Audioengine P4 Passive Bookshelf Speakers on Massdrop.

If there’s anything else we can do to make your Massdrop experience better, feel free to email us at support@massdrop.com.
Getting off the current topic, I am new to mass drop and was not sure about whether Audioengine would honor their warranty when purchased with massdrop. Got a reply from Audioengine that they consider mass drop a legitimate site and will honor all warranties purchased through mass drop. We can contact Audioengine directly for any issues.
Hey Guys,

These arrived at our warehouse late today. Our warehouse team is going to breakdown the bulk order and have these out as soon as possible. We will update the group as soon as all orders have shipped.

Thanks for your patience.
Hey everyone,

We’ve submitted our order for Audioengine P4 Passive Bookshelf Speakers shortly after the drop ended.

Now that the order has been placed, Audioengine is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.

Expect an update on Wednesday or sooner if something comes up.

Cheers!
Darn it, we were just one person shy of the next price break.
Ok I bit on some white ones. Quite a price jump to get the A5's, gonna get a really nice DAC/Amp for the P4's and headphones instead.
To whom it may concern, the description says "available on this drop in Black or White", but I was able to select Bamboo in checkout.
Okay, I'm in for a bamboo pair + the N22 amp. If one drops and the other doesn't, I'm going to be a bit annoyed.

The reviews are great and the bamboo really stands out. These will replace 2.5" Altec Lansing plastic computer speakers, so I'm sure it will be quite the upgrade.

The N22 looks on pace to hit the lowest price, but I wouldn't be surprised if the P4 failed again. Kind of interesting, considering how popular the other Audioengine products are.
Yeah, these speakers are not that great for the price, and you DEFF need to invest in a good sub and receiver, don't bother with the tiny audioengine amps.

The bamboo is top though.

One thing these speakers have going for them is that they're front ported. If you want to put a bookshelf speaker right up against a wall or, you know, in a bookshelf, rear-ported speakers (which includes all the models I mentioned in my previous comment) are at a disadvantage. Front-ported competitors I've found around this size and price include the KEF C1, Polk T15, and Infinity Primus 143. What else?

Edit: passed on this drop. Leaning towards the Def Tech ProMonitor 800.
