Mine arrived today, ordered the 220v and got the 110v.
Feels bad man :(

Rather they send me the correct one and cover the customs charge I had to pay

KrypticalNot the whole set for sure because you just need a correct power adapter.
The adapter is a bit unique, 110v/220v (AC) --> 12v (AC). Yup not 12v(DC) as usual common power adapter.

Support has given me two options:
a) return for refund b) partial refund to source an adapter on my own
I can't find anyone that has the adapter in stock and even then the cost of it and postage would be more than the partial refund offered. So I'll be returning the whole unit.
Pity, because it looks and feels like a great piece of kit.

slashrawryea I sent mine back yesterday, shame I won't be getting my customs charges back. The customs refund form is a complete ballache.
Pretty much spent £41/$51 on nothing
