Complete and utter disaster

What can one say about a product that simply does not work at all? I received a dead-on-arrival set of these refurbished earbuds. Then as a "solution," I was sent a second set, which was also dead on arrival. Bang & Olufsen apparently found a clever way to dump its e-waste on unsuspecting suckers while making a profit in the process. Well played, B & O, well played indeed!

Ed_BDo the earbuds work at all? They are supposed to come with one set of Comply-type ear tips and one set of fins, kind of tossed into the box. If your set works you should count your blessings, as I have now been sent two shipments of dead-on-arrival earbuds.

On the positive side, Drop made an effort to remedy the situation of dead-on-arrival earbuds and I was sent a second set. On the negative side, the second set was also dead on arrival. I have refrained from writing a "review" so far, as it would be kind of scathing. I do trust the Drop will do its best to make things right, or at least better.
