No, never said that. We are talking about a watch, not “everything”.
I just made the remark because by today’s standards I think most buyers will think this will look out of proportion — particularly for a watch that isn’t a dress watch. (Yes, I know historically field watches were small by today’s standards but tastes and norms change.)
But that said people should wear whatever they are comfortable with.
That's true. Today's fashion is about big and flashy and I do hope that that is going to change to a simple modest size like this watch.

This should probably be under watches as well.... Never understood why MD occasionally places watches under a category and excludes the watches category.
Typically the watches listed in EDC are more geared towards outdoorsman, whereas the Watches community has lots of watches more geared towards dressy occasions and such. EDC watches don't typically use automatic movements, either, which is a huge selling point in the Watches community. You wouldn't necessarily want a nice automatic movement in your watch if you're out hunting or at work—just something that will hold up and tell the time accurately.
