Repeated "Check SD Card" Errors with all 3 Dashcams I own all using new 128GB Cards
I have had zero problems with my 3 cameras using the 16GB Micro SD Cards that came with the units when I purchased them. A few months ago I bought 128GB Cards to give me more recording history in case there is a time delay in turning off the camera after an accident and I have had nothing but problems. This is with all 3 dashcams. I am on the latest firmware 1.009. This is a shout out to determine who else is having or not having this problem with 128GB cards and resolving this once and for all so I can rely on these cameras to be recording properly when an accident happens.

I've submitted a request for a drop for the Blackvue DR750-2CH. That's their newest one. Please do a drop for the DR750.
What just happened? Why did the drop end? It said it had 6 days left and I didn't see a limit on the orders! I was just about to buy it!

Is this the one with the proximity sensor protecting event videos, or the one where the proximity sensor turn audio on/off?
The cam and software are big letdowns. I wish I would have spent the money on a different product. The video is very noisy. Definitely not HD quality. All of Pittasoft software is tragic. So bad it make me think PITTAsoft means: Pain In TheThe Ass Software (yes with the stutter - just like the videos it produces). Version 2x of the android app is an exercise in frustration with so many connectivity issues and a real lack of useful functionality. The overall necessity of having a cloud account to do simple things like changing settings via the app is ridiculous. The fallback of using the 'legacy' app is a no-go as the legacy is will not work with the DR650s firmware - it probably would but the app checks firmware versions and gives you an F.U. dialog saying you have to use the new crappy app. Giving up on the mobile app and sneaker netting a sd card around is lame. Come on. The thing has a wifi connection, it runs linux. You can easily pull files of of the device using http. But you have to hand carry the sd card to your pc to use the viewer? WTF? The windows viewer is a chaotic mishmash of poor UI design that seems straight out of the early 90s. Gosh, the thing is running linux but operates and feels like a really bad custom embedded solution. Blackvue should open source the build and let the community fix all the bad. Yeah, I should have done some research - my bad....
So what do we do with warranty? Got the camera over a year ago.
It is over 10 days past the expected shipping date of this drop. Many people have asked Massdrop for some kind of update. WIf customer support exists, then why are they not responding to the many WHEN WILL IT SHIP queries? Almost any word or explanation from customer support is better than hearing noting!

C'mon Bekah.M you chimed in so we know someone there reads these comments, why isn't anyone responding to the basic question of when will it ship? There must be some explanation, afterall, Massdrop expected to ship by then.

On 7/31/17 I received the following email from Massdrop:

Please allow 1-2 days after tracking is received for the package to be recorded in the courier’s system. The current estimated shipping date is 8/18. Sheesh, wouldn't you know it, just a few minutes after I post my comment, guess what shows up in my email? MY ITEM HAS SHIPPED and I have a tracking number!!! WOOHOO!!!
Is this typical of no one answering any questions - Does Massdrop have any customer support???????????????

Hey Jdouget - We definitely have support! I just looked over your account but I don't see any support tickets being submitted. Have you already tried submitting a request to us? Either way, can you please try submitting a request through your transactions page (https://www.massdrop.com/transactions)

You should receive an automated email afterwards stating that the request was received. If not, please let me know and I can try to help troubleshoot from here! :)

Just got my shipping notification.
Would it be possible to request a drop for the newly released DR750S-2CH
I purchased this camera last year & it malfunctioned within a couple of months. I have had several attempts to get a replacement shipped, however the incorrect item was shipped 3 times in a row. Somehow the ID numbers on the dash cam & Power Magic Pro have been stuffed up, so instead of receiving the replacement dash cam, I kept receiving a new Power Magic Pro instead. Several months on & still haven't received a replacement dash cam. So don't be surprised if you don't get the dash cam in the package.
