What the Fuck? >> Anyone with the slightest knowledge of blades would be able to distinguish the difference between a folding knife with a flipping action, (now legal in Australia under an amendment to the Federal legislation two years ago), and a butterfly knife where the blade folds into a recess between the two handles.
But not the geniuses at Border Security >> this same knife with same action is legal to buy on any number of Australian knife sites!
I will do all I can under the "claim for return of seized goods" process.
This amounts to ' legal' theft of a legal product under government sponsored ineptitude.
