Would anyone be able to speak to the effectiveness of this belt's friction lock design vs Grip6's friction lock design? For everyday wear, I currently use a D-ring belt and I find myself having to tighten it every once in a while. I'm hoping either of these belts could solve that. My EDC in my pockets consists of my wallet, two phones, an MP3 player, and a pocket knife (approximately 560 g or 1.23 lbs in total). I could carry a lighter knife, but I like my knife.

eksuen@eksuen I have never used the Grip6 belt, so I'm hoping someone else can chime in. However, I can say that these belts require less adjustment than either the Cobra Buckle or Quicky Buckle based belts that we also produce. They're pretty solid.
