Yo, it’s a baggie of tiny rubber O-rings. They fit my keys and seem to dampen the thud when I smack keys because I don’t know how to type. They have no negative impact. This was a complete impulse purchase and Im not even sure what they are actually used for anyways. Get you some
Fit was not a problem, got plenty of o-ring, does what its supposed to do.
Not sure if I expected too much, but they don't make the difference I was hoping for. My Cherry reds became just a little more quiet, and did get a smoother feel at the bottom of a key stroke.
The crazy thing about this product is – they're o-rings! And they work just like small rings of rubber made to fit a MX keycap post should work! I've been a remote worker for a while, but with my wife also working from home with me now... I'm on Kalih brown caps. The o-rings help.

Amateur tip– if you don't like the sound/feel after just one o-ring on each cap post, then add a second! But not three.
So, these were just delivered and I'm highly disappointed in the quality. I ordered a similar product from the egg, for a fraction of the price, it was delivered for free in two days, and, initially, it seems to be much higher quality than this drop. I suppose my opinion will change if the Rosewill brand o-rings fall apart in a few months, and these last for years, but right now I feel like MassDrop has let me down with a crappy, overpriced product (that took forever to arrive). It's only $15, but that's much more than I spent elsewhere.
These will not stop spring ping, please lube your springs :(
Been in use since first purchasing in 2015
Used on 3 different boards and held up being taken on and off
Dampen sound slightly
Soften bottom out slightly
Can make cherry profile caps no longer interfere with north facing leds
One board, from Corsair, with mx speed silvers, had PING on every switch, obviously these didnt help, but maybe avoid that board xD
Been using these on and off various keyboards for the last 6 years and they have held up very well! Definitely recommend it if you want to dampen the clack a bit.
These O-rings dampen the sound fairly well. The only downside, which is quite big is that they shorten the key travel distance, making it feel even faster to hit the bottom. I personally don't prefer the shorter travel distance and so I ended up not using them after a while. I have the computer in our bedroom so these were very useful at nighttime. Oh, one more thing, mine was transparent and after few months they were pretty much yellowish, so black might be better color.
Bought these to go with my Varmilo VA87M cherry mx brown variant, they reduce the actuation distance and make my keystrokes slightly quieter. Good price, good purchase.
