This was a great buy!

I received it and it is very nice and at a great price. I saw a review from someone who apparently received a ? Used ? Watch but mine was brand spanking new with that protective film that takes 10 minutes to get off of all the little sections. The second hands main function is for the stop watch so if you hit the top button it will activate and deactivate the seconds hand. This handsome watch has lots going for it!

Looks good but feels a little cheap

I like the watch, it does what it should be doing pretty well for sure. It looks pretty good too and it's comfortable. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that it feels a little cheap by being light weight and having a few rough edges. For 100$ it's acceptable but at its original price not. In comparison, my 175$ Swatch gives the impression of a better product.

received what appears to be a used watch

I purchased the Citizen Chandler CA4330-57E Eco-Drive Watch from Drop and received it today. It has scuff marks on the inside of the watch (appears to have been worn). The second hand does not move. Also, the warranty card and operators manual were missing from the box. I purchased this watch under the impression that it was new.
