Product Description
It’s no coincidence that the Citizen Promaster watch looks like the dashboard of a cockpit. It’s a flight watch, after all, and it’s packed with complications a pilot would find handy, including a slide rule dial with two logarithmic scales and a time-distance conversion index Read More
This is literally always less than $200 on Amazon, and you won't have to wait anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for Massdrop to ship. The only difference between this and the Amazon version is that this one doesn't have "Nighthawk" on the dial.

drab_curtains189.95 currently Amazon. You'd think they put some teeth in their offerings. Maybe 169.95? I'd wait two weeks for that.
chris916Fair point. A this price point, I don't believe it to be much of a show piece to warrant too much care about the caseback. Quartz and mineral crystal etc... I personally prefer the US version.
What's the difference between BJ7017-59E and BJ7000-52E ?
And are you sure BJ7017-59E is the correct model number ? I can't find any google hits on it, it's either BJ7010-59E or BJ7017-50E, both of which are mentioned as alternate model numbers for BJ7000-52E. Citizenwatch.com also only lists the BJ7000-52E; the other two model numbers aren't listed.
I'm not sure what version Nighthawk I have but, I love it... I put a Popov Chromexcel strap on it and haven't looked back. I noticed the back is also engraved instead of laser etched which seems different than what I've seen. It really is an awesome watch. I'm a busy face fan and I think they do it beautifully.
Though the drop specifies 3 models, the only choice seems to be 7010-59E which is the Asian stainless steel version.
Jomashop has the US stainless steel version for 180 (with coupon) - 7000-52E.

The Asian counterparts of the U.S. Nighthawk come without the "Nighthawk" text on the dial. They also have partly lumed metal indices which help give the dial a classy look. In addition, the "12" and "6" numbers aren't raised like the U.S. versions.
What makes these Nighthawks interesting is the wonderful engraved caseback.
