This is the most comfortable knife I have ever held
This is the most comfortable knife I have ever held.
at first, in pictures, the knife handle looks a little bit awkward or stylized. It is however, clearly designed for maximum comfort in different grip styles.
Whether I am holding it completely by the handle or choking up and putting a finger around the toilet for closer work, the handle fits very well in my hand.
I also really like the blade shape. It is a little bit unique and other models that I have found. It appears to be very slicey, and has a sturdy drop point to make a good tip.
The fit and finish is also superb. The blade sits exactly in the middle of the handle, and it is a very smooth flipper.
I really really like this knife
Iim relatively new to knives but I’m starting to understand the obsession. It’s kinda like headphones are for me and I can tell (partly in thanks to this knife from CJRB) that I’ll be spending a lot of money as time goes on. Unnecessary? Probably. But this flipper has smooth action and a good edge and grind that’s staying relatively sharp so far and I have no reason to believe that it won’t take wel to sharpening. Definitely recommend!
This knife was bigger than I had pictured from the dimensions so probably borderline for EDC. Used it during a weekend of camping and it did everything I asked of it including feathering some wood. Blade held up well to the abuse and still looks like new.
Can't fault at this price. Smooth, easy rapid deployment. No play. Fairly well centered. Great ergos. The wavy curve along top of blade helps mitigate the loss of jimping. The pocket pecker protrudes a little too far for my liking when deployed, but not much in the pocket.
This knife is well built like all CJRB products. The action is great and fit and finish is excellent. I would say just a little bit on the heavy side, and not a big fan of the feeling of the scales.
